Delivery Information
How do I get something delivered?
Once you’ve found what you were looking for, just add it all to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process.
It’s as simple as that! All you need is a delivery address (cannot deliver to P.O Boxes), a postcode, and your payment details ready. Please note that we use a Courier Service for our deliveries and a signature may be required.

What if I want to pick up the goods?
When you have completed your order, select the pick up option at the shipping step in the checkout process. We will then call you to arrange a suitable pick up point for the collection of Goods.

• Most orders will be delivered by Courier.
• Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am – 5pm.
• A signature may be required for delivery.
• You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.
• Orders are usually despatched within 2 to 5 days depending on branding requirements and stock availability.Â
• Delivery times quoted can vary slightly depending on stock availability and exact delivery location.
• For urgent orders we can arrange Express delivery for an additional cost.
International Orders
ISAÂ can despatch orders internationally using Air and Sea Freight methods depending on the urgency of your order, however naturally the freight charges will be higher than domestic rates.
For any international orders, use our quote facility or email  info@isapparel.com.au with the full list of products of interest along with the destination, and we can provide a quotation including freight.

Returns and Exchanges
ISÂ Apparel aims to provide high quality products at all times.
However, if an item is faulty or damaged or you have just changed your mind with your order, we’ve made the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Here’s all you have to do:
• Email us at info@isapparel.com.au with your order number, name and product code, within 7 Days.
• Include in the email a description of the fault or damage or requirement for exchange.
• If possible, where there is damage, include photos (using your phone)SMS to 0401380190
• On assessment, we will then arrange a replacement product or Full refund.
• Please note that for change of mind or size exchanges, the customer will be liable for shipping costs for returning goods and for the dispatch of the new products.
• If goods have been branded, we cannot accept change of mind or size exchanges and refunds. We will replace or refund faulty items.
• If your order qualified for Free shipping and you would like a full refund due to incorrect size or change of mind, the standard shipping costs plus a $10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty, we will cover the shipping and admin costs.
