Returns and Exchanges
IS Apparel aims to provide high quality products at all times.
However, if an item is faulty or damaged or you have just changed your mind with your order, we’ve made the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Here’s all you have to do:
• Email us at info@isapparel.com.au with your order number, name and product code, within 7 Days.
• Include in the email a description of the fault or damage or requirement for exchange.
• If possible, where there is damage, include photos (using your phone)SMS to 0401380190
• On assessment, we will then arrange a replacement product or Full refund.
• Please note that for change of mind or size exchanges, the customer will be liable for shipping costs for returning goods and for the dispatch of the new products.
• If goods have been branded, we cannot accept change of mind or size exchanges and refunds. We will replace or refund faulty items.
• If your order qualified for Free shipping and you would like a full refund due to incorrect size or change of mind, the standard shipping costs plus a $10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty, we will cover the shipping and admin costs.
